Saturday was beyond awesome.Been so long since we’ve had a chance to just hang out quietly and walk around. Plus the sun was out, no small feat! Apparently I took about 200 pics? Didn’t feel like it at all. Hahaha. Wish I’d had a camera when I was in america. I used to wish YT n TK were with me at Southern so we could go for long walks and take pictures… Dinner was kinda fun but the food was beyond horrible…and it was incredibly noisy. Call me a recluse or whatever but I felt so traumatized by the noise the next day I was in a state of limbo. :p
Sunday, met grandparents for lunch…spent a lot of time spacing out… Haha! Then met tatcha and we had dinner! At paya lebar! Awesome stuff. And shopped around CityPlaza… We only went to about 6 stores? But there were so many cute pieces! The rest of the stores were closed cuz it was Sunday night. Planning to head back there and find some DRESSES! I just realized I wear very few dresses now adays cuz I’m increasingly conscious of my FATS. (I know I know, I need to stop eating so much.. -_-)
Oh gwash and now I have to do CNY shopping cuz mom says we’re probably going to do some visitation?! I haven’t done visitation for years! Oh well.
Monday.. Class then tuition. Bought Koi for the girl…she liked it!!
Today: was woken by the crazy ass rain whipping through my window. And I’m better than a ferrari cuz I went from sleeping to sprinting (to close the windows above dad’s COMPUTER) in like one second. Hahahaha. My dog got so freaked out cuz one moment I was sleeping quietly next to him and the next moment pounding clumsily across the parquet into the living room! :p oh well. Met duckers for lunch…NO KOI! Omg. Stupid dinner and dance!!!!!!!! They closed all stores at 3pm cuz of their annual D&D!! *grumbles* and now I’m on my way to tampines for to help out this girl. lalalalala. Mom wants to meet me after that to shop for CNY clothes. Mmmfffpppffffft. Gonna take her ‘slummin” to payalebar city plaza. When I told her, she’s like, “Are you sure there’s anything there??” Hahahahaha.
I think for church that week I’m either wearing qi pao or this hot pink skirt mom tailored for me in Shanghai. Surprisingly, I still fit. Tried fitting into my old qipao..and my butt got stuck. So did my boobs. Nice to know I’ve developed a lil since I was 13! Lmao.
Anyway! Spring cleaning tomorrow!! Then thursdayy…classes from 10am till 10 pm. No joke eh? Then I’m not sure if mom will let me go pick Mr Cutebutt up from the airport. Friday…either attend class or meet him up.

and I swear, he's my role model...cause he hasn't quit. He hasn't given up. On every batch of students he sees potential.

Every failure feels like it's my own.
I probably shouldn't take it this hard, but I do.
Every single brain I touch, I take responsibility. And to try the hardest I know how to, yet not being able to 'save' that brain..... it's beyond depressing.
So what if I get good grades... I can't take it the next step and ensure that THEY get good grades.

I'm taking a break from tutoring this semester....winter sem's too short and too cramped to do anything else but cope with the assignments. I do have one unofficial student tho.... I hope it goes well... but if there's no improvement by the first term test then I don't think i'll continue. If you put in your 100%, and nothing changes, that's probably when it's time for you to hand it over to someone else. Oh and also one official student...PSLE...scary, but I think it should be alright.

ALSO! I went against Tatcha's expressss orders and CUT MY HAIR. Mwahahahaa sorry girl i love you mucho mucho but i HAD to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! My fringe was killing me cuz it was insanely long and the rest of my hair wasn't catching up yet so it wasn't hot or sexy it was just flippin annoying! hahahahaha. Anyway! Trimmed my ends, so it's muchhh neater...altho what was trimmed off was prolly a month's growth of hair! nvm! worth it! I feel so mmuch better about my hair now! hahahhaha. and i LOVE my new fringe...i mean it's nothing radddddddiiiical or shit...but it's just really simple and easy to wear. I think it's almost exactly like the first time i cut my hair when i was like 12? and i cut my fringe for the first time! =)

Since i'm sure i'll be able to live 2011 out, what resolutions shall I make???
Physically, I wanna lose 3 kg and get abs...not scary 6 pack abs, but abs. And I wanna restore my hair to its ORIGINAL LENGTH OF 20cm. as well as fix my stubborn skin problems aka ugly face skin.
Mentally, I wanna push my grades up as much as possible before I graduate [tentatively] in NOVEMBER. Whoa that's fast. So far my grades have been hovering around the 75th percentile...I want the 80th percentile....also I should probably stop watching so much TV so as to preserve precious brain cells needed to fulfill this goal.
Spiritually, meh. I like keeping my spiritual life a secret. It's between me and God, not Me, You, and God. However, I may have to rethink this policy if I get into a relationship this year. Cuz i've realized that HONESTLY the only way to have a successful relationship is if you make God the third party. I'm not trying to be preachy or anything...just stating my personal opinion. Basically cause I suck SO BAD at relationships... so..yea. =)
Socially, I want to be a better daughter. Or, keep being a better daughter. I'm quite proud of myself cause my 'rebellious' stage is pretty much over and the only fights I have with my mom are those times when I feel she doesn't love me enough. Mwahhahahaha. =D

As for friends, I want to be a better friend. Sometimes I slip up and I dont listen as well as I should, or I don't say the right things, or I do the wrong thing... well, I'm gonna try harder to be a better BFFF to all my BFFFs!!! =D [y'all know who you are!!]
Boyfriend-wise...I have none at the current moment.... =D yes yes whatever stop asking me when i'm gonna get another! But I have a special friend, and if ever, IF EVER, we become something more, I'm going to try to be like a milllion more times understanding and patient and nurturing than I was this year....PROVIDED he puts in the same effort. See i've learned another thing this year... I must NOT, really really NOT, try and love unconditionally. It drives you crazy in the end. So now it comes with clauses. I'm gonna put in effort, as long as YOU put in the same effort. Otherwise we're gonna fail.... and this goes for all relationships in the future [if any]... it's 50% 50% baby, I'm never gonna try and pull the whole 100% by myself again. =)
AND IN GENERAL, to society, I've decided to try and be more open. I'm gonna put myself out there and smile, even if I dont feel like smiling, Cause EVERYONE knows that when you see someone smile, you're gonna feel like smiling too!! =D Also, My Awesome Bfff once told me that I may push people away without realizing it... and heck ..it may be true for some... so! I've also resolved to give all human kind a second chance...with the exception of those on my black list... DONT WORRY IF YOU'RE ON MY [very short] BLACK LIST YOU'RE OVER 30 YRS OLD.
